Trifon Stafilis

Trifon Stafilis is a dedicated baseball coach from Victoria who brings experience, commitment, and a passion for developing young players. As an Assistant Coach with the Victorian U16 and U18 State Teams at the Australian Youth Championships, he works to elevate the skills, confidence, and performance of emerging talent.

Within the club scene, Trifon is heavily involved at the grassroots level, coaching at Waverley Baseball Club and contributing to its junior development programs. He is also engaged in operations and volunteer efforts, helping build the foundation for player growth both on and off the field. 

Known for his work ethic, approachability, and ability to connect with young athletes, Trifon is focused on creating environments where players enjoy the game and thrive in their craft. As an assistant coach for Victoria state teams, he plays a critical role helping prepare squads for national competition.
