Lachlan Jones, 19, from the Gold Coast, has been part of the Surfers Paradise Baseball Club since he first picked up a glove at just five years old. Over the years, he has represented Queensland at National Championships, competing against some of the best talent in the country.
After an incredible experience playing internationally with the DownUnder Travellers, Lachlan transitioned into coaching with the program two years ago. His passion lies in giving back to the game that has shaped him both on and off the field.
For Lachlan, the most rewarding part of coaching is seeing players grow and succeed, knowing he has played a role in their baseball journeys.
