By registering for or participating in any DownUnder Travellers event, program or tour, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Registration & Payment
All registrations are final. Placement in any DownUnder Travellers event or program is secured only upon full payment.
Prices are fixed and calculated based on confirmed numbers at the time of registration.
Late registration may not be accepted or may incur additional fees.
2. Refund Policy
We have a strict no-refund policy. This means:
No refunds will be given for a change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or if a player chooses to withdraw from a program or event after registration.
Our events are costed in advance based on committed player numbers, and your registration secures a spot and contributes to the viability of the program.
That said, we understand that life doesn’t always go to plan. In very limited circumstances, we may consider offering a partial or full refund. These exceptions include:
Serious injury or illness, supported by appropriate documentation
Unforeseen, unavoidable personal tragedies, such as bereavement or natural disaster
All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. DownUnder Travellers reserves full discretion in determining whether a refund will be issued.
3. Program Changes & Cancellations
DownUnder Travellers reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify any event, training session, or trip due to unforeseen circumstances including venue issues, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
In the unlikely event that DownUnder Travellers cancels a program entirely, affected participants will be contacted and advised of the situation.
- Specifically in relation to the Winter Development Program and ongoing training programs, cancellations due to weather and other events out of our control will not result in refunds or credits. Our best will be done to try and make up for missed sessions or events and you’ll be notified as such.
4. Code of Conduct
All participants, including players and parents/guardians, are expected to uphold a high standard of behaviour that reflects the values of DownUnder Travellers:
Show respect to coaches, staff, umpires, fellow players and facilities
Follow all safety protocols and instructions
Represent the organisation with maturity and sportsmanship
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program, without refund, if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, disrespectful or disruptive to the program.
5. Media Consent
By attending our programs or events, you consent to DownUnder Travellers capturing and using photographs, video, and audio recordings of participants for promotional and marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more.
6. Liability
Participation in physical activity carries risk. While we take all reasonable precautions, DownUnder Travellers accepts no responsibility for injuries sustained during training, travel, or gameplay. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure players are medically fit and properly insured.
